GENERAL
1. Guest Registration
Upon arrival, one of our staff members will make photocopies of your passport(s). This procedure is mandatory for official registration purposes as required by local regulations.
2. Travel and Medical Insurance
The rental fee for the villa does not include any form of personal insurance coverage. VILLA PAPA PUTU strongly advises all guests to obtain comprehensive travel and medical insurance prior to arrival. Guests are solely responsible for their own personal safety, health, and any related expenses.
3. Compliance with Indonesian Law
Guests are fully responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the Republic of Indonesia. This includes the conduct of all guests and any invitees to the property. VILLA PAPA PUTU will not be held liable for any illegal actions, violations, or breaches of local laws committed by guests or their visitors. Any consequences arising from non-compliance are the sole responsibility of the guest.
CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT TIMES
Guests may Check In to a Villa after 15:00 and the mandatory Check Out time is 12:00
LOCATION & ACCESSIBILITY
The villa is located in a quiet, rural area, surrounded by nature. A car or scooter is strongly recommended – and often essential – for getting around, shopping, or exploring the area. Taxis are limited and can be expensive. Please plan accordingly.
SELF-CATERING & GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES
This is a self-catering accommodation, NOT a hotel. This means guests are responsible for: Keeping the villa clean during their stay, Taking out the trash regularly (bins are located at the property entrance), Washing dishes, tidying up, and leaving the villa in good and clean condition at check-out.
NOISE & NEIGHBOURS
Please note that occasional sounds from neighbours, animals, or outdoor activities cannot be avoided. We have no control over noise from nearby properties or the surrounding area.
RATES
LINEN & TOWELS
Fresh bed linen is provided and changed every 3 days during your stay. Towels are replaced every 2 days.
If you require more frequent changes or have special requests, please let our staff know – we’re happy to accommodate your needs.
LAUNDRY
There is a laundry service available at additional charges. Please ask the staff. Most people do not need ironing here in Bali, but it is available if requested.
MASSAGE, TOUR, etc.
Our staff can arrange a variety of personalized services to enhance your stay, including in-villa massages, spa treatments, guided tours, transportation, and more – all available at an additional cost.
Professional therapists and service providers can visit the villa or your room at your convenience, or we can assist with off-site arrangements. Please speak with the management for availability, pricing, and booking.
SECURITY AND VALUABLES
Any Guest valuables or property left or used at the Villa are at the Guest’s own risk. VILLA PAPA PUTU does not accept any responsibility for loss of or damage to Guest Valuables or property. The Guests are also responsible for the safety and condition of the villa and its contents throughout the rental period.
LOSS AND/OR DAMAGE
The Guest is responsible for leaving the Villa in good order and in a clean condition. The Guest further undertakes to pay for any loss and/or damage to the Villa during the Guest’s occupation of the Villa.
VILLA PAPA PUTU reserves the right to repossess the premises if the Guest or invitee of the guest has caused damage to the premises.
COMPLAINTS
If the Guest considers that they have cause for complaint concerning the Villa, the matter should be taken up promptly with VILLA PAPA PUTU. In order for the Guest’s complaint to be addressed, the Guest must communicate any problem whilst on location.
VILLA PAPA PUTU will not entertain complaints made after the Guest has left the Villa, when it is unable to properly investigate the complaint. If no complaint is reported during the Rental Period, VILLA PAPA PUTU will assume that the Villa was to the Guest’s satisfaction and no complaint will be entertained.
